Custom metal fabrication
Laser cutting, bending, welding and powder coating under one roof. Send a DXF or STEP file — we’ll price the batch, check manufacturability and confirm lead time within one working day.
Capabilities
No need to juggle five subcontractors and ship parts between them. We cut, bend, weld, coat and assemble — and dispatch the batch as a single line on the delivery note.
Fibre laser: clean, oxide-free edges on stainless steel and aluminium.
CNC press brake: the same angle on every part in the batch.
MIG/MAG and TIG for mild steel, stainless and aluminium.
Oven-cured powder coating in any RAL colour.
We assemble units with fasteners and fittings, and pack them to suit your logistics.
Calculator
Choose a part type, dimensions and metal. The calculator nests the parts on a sheet, works out cut length, time and batch weight — and flags anything in the design that would drive up the cost.
Indicative figures for a 3 kW fibre laser and a rectangular layout with 8 mm gaps between parts. We do the exact nesting in CAM software from your DXF — it’s usually tighter.
How we work
Every batch follows the same route, and you can always see which stage it’s at.
Drawings in DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF, plus quantity and deadline.

Before a run starts, we check the first part against every dimension on the drawing. After that come sample checks, and the measurement results ship with the batch.
FAQ
Yes, from a single part. On small batches, programming and set-up take a bigger share, so the unit price is higher — the quote shows this as a separate line.
Send a sketch or a photo with dimensions. Our design engineer will produce a drawing and agree it with you before cutting.
Yes, we work with customer-supplied material. We check the sheets for flatness and surface condition first, as both affect cut quality.
We sign an NDA before receiving any files. Drawings are stored only in our own system and never shared with third parties.
