Interactive banners

A hero section you want to touch

Six living banners for a website’s home page. Hover, click or swipe — each one responds in its own way. All are built without heavy libraries, and the animation runs only while the banner is on screen.

Your system has “reduce motion” turned on, so the banners are shown without animation.

Number seven: the “Eye” on this site’s home pageThe eye follows your cursor, and the words around it hint at what I spot in other people’s projects.

Particles that form a word

Several thousand dots gather into a word, flee from the cursor and return to their places. A click scatters them and forms the next word. A logo can replace the words.

Liquid gradient that follows the cursor

Colour blobs slowly flow into each other, and one follows the cursor like cream spreading on skin. A click changes the palette — for example, to match product lines.

  • TechCanvas 2D + CSS blur

X-ray lens

Under the lens, the finished product gives way to a technical drawing: dimensions, material, neck finish. The banner shows at once that there is engineering behind the beauty.

  • TechSVG + CSS mask
  • On mobilethe lens follows your finger

Kinetic typography

Rows of services drift past each other. The cursor controls speed and direction, and the word beneath it lights up. A banner without a single image — just type and rhythm.

  • TechCSS transforms
  • On mobilespeed follows scrolling

Magnetic grid

Thousands of dots bend around the cursor like space around a mass, glowing brighter as it gets closer. A click sends a wave across the whole grid.

  • On mobileresponds to touch

Layered parallax

Ridges, the sun and the foreground shift at different speeds with the cursor and scrolling, creating depth without 3D models or video.
