Drop me a line —
I’ll get straight to the point.

Describe your task in two sentences — that’s enough to start. We’ll work out the rest together.

How to reach me

The fastest way is a messenger or e-mail. Briefly describe the task and I’ll reply with where to start.

Formats

Project

There’s a clear task with a finish line: strategy, research, brand, website, CRM rollout. A fixed price based on the estimate.

Monthly retainer

You need steady momentum: a fractional marketing director or ongoing support. A monthly fee for an agreed list of tasks.

Consulting

You need an outside view or a second opinion. A pack of sessions.

Ground rules — before we start

How a project runs

1. Conversation and brief. 2. Estimate: what’s included, what isn’t, timing, price, with licences listed separately. 3. Contract and prepayment — I work as a registered sole proprietor in Ukraine, invoicing in euros or hryvnias. 4. Work with interim reviews. 5. Handover, training, transfer of logins and a report with recommendations.

Payment

Projects: 50% upfront, 50% on handover; large projects in stages. Monthly work — at the start of the month. Licences and services at the vendor’s price, and you can pay for them directly with the company card.

Timelines

Calculated for each project and fixed in the estimate. There’s a standard pace and an express one — at extra cost. Fast, good and cheap all at once doesn’t exist, but we’ll always find two out of three.

Always included

All logins and accounts registered to you. Training. Honest recommendations: what’s worth doing and what’s not worth the money.

Not included

Ad budget. Licences, hosting, domains, paid services. Professional photography, printing, translation — I organise them, but they’re paid for separately.

What I need from you

One person who answers and approves. Materials on time. A card for paying for services and ads.

FAQ

Why don’t you charge by the hour?

Because you’re buying a result, not my time. A fixed price protects you from surprises on the final invoice.

How is a fractional marketing director different from an agency?

An agency sells its own services — and recommends exactly those. I’m responsible for the results of the business line and choose the tools and contractors to fit the task, even if that’s not me. And you talk to one person, not an account manager who’ll “check with the team”.

Why not just get straight to work, without analysis?

You can. But then you’ll find out what doesn’t work with your own money, not from your competitors’ experience.

What if we want a different contractor?

You hand everything over without hassle: all the logins are already yours. Locking clients in isn’t my method.

Do you work with EU companies?

Yes. Contract and invoices in English, payment in euros, websites with GDPR and multilingual support.

What if we only need one small thing?

Get in touch. If it really is a small thing, I’ll say so and do it without a lengthy spec.
